Biker Events in Texas, Summer 2019
There’s nothing better than feeling the freedom of the wind pushing against your chest and the power of your bike rumbling through the handlebars. So for all of you that love to hit biker events in the summer, check out what’s coming up. Never been to an event before? Pick a weekend and ride out to one this summer—no matter what happens at the event, you’re pretty much guaranteed to have a great time getting there and back.
And no matter what else you do, ride defensively and stay safe out there.

Ready for a beautiful ride east of DFW? Check out the Spring Kickoff in Quinlan, TX, hosted by the American Legion. Come out for food, games, an auction, and an amazing ride both during the event as well as getting out there and back.

4th Annual Vietnam War Commemorative Ride
$15 per person
Enjoy the rolling hills of North Texas in this ride with two stops, including a stop at the Vietnam Wall in Mineral Wells. Your registration includes a smoked brisket meal at the end of the ride. Red River Rescue Ride
$25.00 for the rider and $5.00 for a passenger (Early registration $20.00.for the rider)
Be at American Eagle Harley-Davidson, 5920 South, I-35E in Corinth for the start of the ride. You can register 8:00 – 10:00 am. The ride is on, no matter the weather conditions. Grab some breakfast, courtesy of your paid entry, during registration.

Veterans Helping Veterans Poker Run
$20.00 for riders and $5.00 for passengers
Registration is at 10:00 am for a ride with 4 stops. The final destination will have food, live bands, raffles, 50/50 drawing, and other prizes. Poker run prizes will be awarded at 4:00 PM. Proceeds go directly to support ReGroup4Vets and for upgrades to local memorial in New Braunfels that is dedicated to three local fallen heroes.
The ride starts at Gruene Harley-Davidson, 1288 TX-337 Loop in New Braunfels.

A Rally to Remember
Come to the rally at Firehouse Saloon, in Houston. Registration begins at 10:00 am. You can participate in (or watch) a slow race, loud pipes contest, vendors, and music. The rally benefits Alzheimer’s patients, and is free for bikers to come enjoy.

18th Annual Marc Ride
$20.00 for the rider or $25.00 with a passenger
This annual ride benefits The Milam Adult Resource Center of Milam County that serves all Milam County adult residents with physical and learning disabilities. Registration is at 9:00 am, and the ride begins at 11:00 am. You will ride through Milam, Lee and Burleson Counties with stops in Hogg, Rockdale, Cameron, and Milano. The ride ends with food, a live auction, 50/50 drawing, a D.J. and door prizes.

16th Annual Big Bike Run for the Little Tryke Fund
$25/rider, $20 per passenger per poker hand
Registration starts at 9:00 am, with the first bikes riding out at 11:00 am. You’ll start at Wilhoite’s in Grapevine, ride out to the Roanoke ChopShop in Roanoke, and stop at a huge part at American Eagle Harley-Davidson in Corinth, TX, with free beer and food. 4th Annual Fallen Officers Memorial Ride
$20 per rider
In July 2016, 5 officers were killed and 9 were injured in the line of duty during a single attack. This escorted ride will be going by the Fallen Officers Memorial in Downtown Dallas honoring all Officers and their families.
